Too incompetent to ask if you want dine in or take out, then complains to other employees about it while you're right there.... Order confusion, etc. If they can get it together, I might start going again. I called and ordered for delivery. An hour and a half goes by so I call to check on it and their delivery driver had come in... late. I wouldn't have been upset if someone had called to let me know; I would have just gone to pick it up. But lack ofcommunication and food sitting in a warmer for who knows how long = frustration and cold yet dry, pizza. This place is tooexpensive for the service offered. Told me 20-30 minutes for pick up. Gave them 30mins for a small 3 item pizza. Arrived and cashier said it'd be ready in a... minute. 10 mins later I stick my head in the kitchen and I'm told they were just about to put in the oven! ??????? please don'tlie to your customers Read more
Tonight we ordered yet again because unfortunately they are the only place that delivers pizza, we have been here over 1 year... and it is truly a 50/50 shot if you get your pizza delivered correctly, half the time we do not, but we eat it. Tonight againour request for toppings were explicitly incorrect, the individual Mike at the counter said he would take care of it and sendanother order out, we wait an additional hour and the pizza comes delivered incorrectly again for the second time in a rowtonight! When I called back Mike started to become increasingly irritable and even yelling at me that I was wrong instead ofbeing quiet and listening, instead the response was sorry it's not our fault, and they hung up on me. So now I have paid $50 fortwo incorrect pizzas, hung up on and I don't have anything to eat after 2+ hours of waiting. This place is a joke and the mostdisrespectful establishment in this town. Edit: Owner was very understanding and even though he was not directly involved heunderstands how his employees reflect on his business. I thank the owner for making things right. Read more
