They unfortunately messed up back-to-back consecutive orders within two days of each other. I'll still go back. The waitstaff is... friendly and for the most part smiling. Expediters may need to slow down a bit and double read the tickets to ensure productcorrectness. Tip: read the ticket backwards. That's right. Begin with the Last word and end with the first. ???? Absolute sorry service. I?ve been coming to this sonic for years. I?ve recently been using the SONIC APP and I tried to order my... grilled cheese, cinnasnaxs, large Vanilla Coke (which supposed to be half off) and receive a free small cold brew coffee with mypurchase. When I went to go complete my order it wouldn?t go through. I got the same message 3x?s. (SOMETHING WENT WRONG, PLEASETRY AGAIN.) so I drove to my local sonic, spoke to the manager and told her what was going on. That I was try to order my foodand I wanted to try the free cold brew coffee to see if it was any good. She proceeded to tell me, ?We don?t have anything to dowith the app and I cannot give anything away for free.? Young boy taking the my order made me repeat myself several times and I felt that he was having fun doing it. After completing... my order and before paying for the food I became uneasy about the transaction no longer trusted the employees preparing the foodso I cancelled my order and left and will probably never return which seems like what they wanted and what I want also.
