I wish I could give 0. Now, pls don?t bash me but I?ve ordered from Boston Market at Yonkers (cross county) many times.... Hypothetically, if I was to order from there maybe 5x a week, I?d get the right order 1x. Today I ordered country fried chickenw gravy for me and a quarter chicken for my mom. My chicken came with no gravy, just a bland crusty cutlet. The mashed potatoeshad no gravy, and the only decent thing was the cornbread. My mothers order of a quarter chicken, ended up being the exact orderI had, same dry chicken and everything. The order came cold, both of our Caesar salads had brown, wilted leaves. The food looks old and not fresh. There is no gravy after I called and asked. They didn?t have the chicken BLT but it was still... on the menu. No sauce for ribs. I am very disappointed in the quality of food received. The chicken sandwich had black wilted lettuce. The bread was too hard... and the chicken was very pale and luke warm. The chicken nuggets were cold, the gravy for the mash looked like jelly fat andthey had no napkins. The soda had a strange taste and no fizzy. Read more
All of my chicken was undercooked and inedible. When I called Boston Market they said that they were busy in the store, hence... why they did not wait for the chicken to thoroughly cook. Read more
This location has been on an incredibly fast decline. I ordered via UberEats ? the two combo meal. Then they don?t even have the... meatloaf. Then ask me to take chicken which is a lesser price and offer no complimentary items as a fix. So, I?m overpaying forchicken and all of the time the chicken isn?t cooked right.They never serve food on dishes with silverware anymore, which is astandard. The service is extremely slow. Excellent customer service from a young man named Xavier(?) this evening, he stated right away that they didn?t have anymore... chicken for the night but offered other options and offered a drink for the inconvenience. It was really appreciated because Ihad a pretty awful day and his simple act of kindness made my day. I ended up getting the pulled bbq chicken, it was a littleon the dry side and the mac and cheese noodles were on the softer side today but I?m not one to complain about things too much. I ordered from here and the food was horrible. My veggies were spoiled. They smelled and tasted bad. The sandwiches I ordered... were dry and lacked substance. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed. Would not recommend nor return. Read more
The staff at this location was awesome. In a day and age where mo one seems to be grateful, this staff greeted me with a smile... and were very kind. Great service and friendly. Read more
