This review is based on my second visit to the Yonkers location with my son which was on 10/19. We arrived at approx 12 pm after... my 4 year old gets out of school. Initially we were having fun playing games and eating dipping dots. My son ran over to a gamewith a lever and immediately pushed the lever in excitement. Unbeknownst to us there was a tech on the side of the machine thatwas repairing it. He became visibly upset and stated to my son ? I wish you wouldn?t have did that.? My son was confused andimmediately picked up that the gentleman was unhappy with him and his actions. I informed the gentleman who I found out was theTech manager named Chris that he was not viable and furthermore my child should not be spoken to directly. He was notapologetic. The sad thing is we have a party booked in November for my sons birthday and I am terrified about the people thatthey have working here if Chris is a representative of someone in a lead management position. We ended up leaving immediatelybecause the fun carefree vibe was gone. I spent the rest if the day reassuring my son that he had not done anything wrong. Read more
The store manager Angela Sanchez is ghetto and inappropriate the way she talks with children around is completely inappropriate... and unprofessional this location needs to better train staff on customer service and common sense hopefully management correctsthe issue. She records children without parental consent. I also learned this woman has a ton of local child protective servicecases. Fired from old jobs for inappropriate conduct with employees. And is always threatening violence on social media. Read more
Just wondering how and why your location has hired people who have had restraining orders regarding violent threats towards... handicapped children and families. Employees who have multiple child protective services cases. As well as employees whom havelost custody of their own children due to endangerment. This is a childrens party and play place does your company not conductthe necessary checks for these kinds of behaviors and history? I am deeply confused and saddened to feel as if our children arenot worth being in a safe environment when in your store. Zero stars and a thumbs down. Read more

I took my grandson here. He had a wonderful time! This place is nice and not overwhelming for my 2 year old and his grandma! I... recommend it. I went during the week a Thursday to be exact. I legit had THE BEST TIME OF MY LIFE!!! First time coming to a 2.0 location, I always wanted to see what Yonkers was all about,... and IT WAS A PERFECT EXPERIENCE!!! KUDOS TO ALEX & THE YONKERS TEAM....THEY DID THEIR THANG!!! I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMENDTHESE GUYS, AND THEY KNEW HOW TO MAKE A FAMILY'S DAY SPECIAL!!! Got treated like royalty, Chuck E came by to greet us & got somepictures, food was outstanding, sista knew how to work that kitchen, and surprisingly I remembered Alex "the manager" from otherCEC locations in East Hanover, NJ & etc....
