Poor customer service?.and not to mention the most Unsanitary Dunkin? Donuts I?ve ever stepped foot in. First off the lady kept... coughing over the donuts and coffee. 2nd of all after I stated that I no longer wanted to order anything after being disgustedshe than had an attitude towards me and yelling as I was walking away as if I did something wrong. They take forever and tonight I went in with my boyfriend and the woman working in the front had a mask around her chin but was... coughing all over the place and touching her face as I was asking for a coffee. The Indian man and Woman are so rude, discriminatory or pathetic. They?ll stay in these positions as long as they continue to... have a horrible attitude with customers especially POC. Absolute worst experience of customer service!!!!!! I was inside Dunkin? Donuts 5am on line waiting to be served. The two... employees that were behind the counter did not acknowledge me at all, despite the store being completely empty. I patientlywaited approximately 7 minutes and they both ignored me.
