I know prices have gone up but it hurts me to pay more money for the same cardboard flavored pizza????
Love their deep dish and their garlic parmesan chicken wings very good enjoyed , also their sodas are nice and cold.
If your ordering simple pizza like plain or with pepperoni, the wait is quick. But anything like a meat lovers order in advace... so it can be ready in a about 15 minutes to be picked up. Learned this the hard way. The staff were pleasant though. Alsoremember that the prices aren't like they used to be. A bit more obviously due to the s#itty economy we're living in now. Yesterday I placed an order online and when my husband went to pick it up he said the restaurant was closed. It was 8:54pm when... he went to go pick it up. They were closed and supposed to be open until 10pm. So why was I able to place an order if they areclosed?! Now I have to call to request a refund! Read more
Worst thing is that the cashier named Giovanni L. gives you a time frame of 10min for pizza to be ready and got it in 19 min but... that's not even it there was only ONE person in front of me and NOBODY BEHIND me on line. Customers starts coming in one by oneand starts ordering times passes and customers who ordered after me got theirs in 3-5min while I go back in the 10min frame Iwas giving. The cashier lady tells me "ohh your pizza will be ready in 4min" I go BACK IN again in the next 4min over and stillnot ready. After almost 20min of waiting I go back inside and she never apologized for the inconvenient delay. People orderedafter me and it's not like they ordered online all those people paid at the moment of ordering and there wasn't any pizzas readyat all. So, we all had to wait but I had to wait the longest for ONE pizza pie while other's ordered 1-2 pies and left. VERYPOOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. EMPLOYEES SHOULD START WORKING ON CUSTOMERS ORDERS AS SOON AS THEY ORDER AND BE BETTER TRAINED. Read more
We ordered online and picked up. Terrible place to find parking since the strip is always busy, but I ran in and picked up... quickly. Food was well made and hot. The price point for all the food bought it worth it. Read more
This is the second time I order pizza and see this. I order a supreme. They take a pepperoni pizza that?s has been made, take it... to the back and add the rest for a supreme. Basically not a fresh pizza. The mushroom is not even cook. Plus the forgot theolives. Always check your order before leaving. This is terrible service. Read more
