This McDonalds is getting one star, because I can't put ZERO. This McDs has horrible service. The staff just stand around... ignoring you while they converse. They ignore, ignore and keep ignoring. They treat people horribly. I feel bad for the deliverypeople, who stand around for long periods of time. In addition, the wait time for your order to be ready is horrible. They takeso long, and worst off----you have to wait until they feel like serving you you're food. By far the worst McDonald's experienceI have ever had. I thought maybe it was one day, but nope....it's everytime. I hope they get new management. It really startsthere and you can tell is a poorly run establishment. Read more

It?s generally a hit or miss in terms of getting your order right. Sometimes they forget things and then you have to go back and... ask for it. They never have an issue with correcting mistakes but it?s annoying to have to do it. The staff is nice overall,especially with the volume of customers they receive. It?s not same anymore, cashier?s are so rude. They doesn?t explain anything. As a cashier their job is to make people happy so... we go back. We spend lot of money even it?s a fast food,if their behavior doesn?t change,it?s better to get real food aroundsomewhere close. My cashier were very rude ,she had attitude and she made a comment in Spanish because I were 10 second late totake out the money.She also walked out and come back very rude way . The lines are always long. They don't have enough space near the registers so that can get annoying. When I go through the drive... through something from my order is always missing . Read more
This restaurant did not have the dining room open at 5AM like stated on the door. My wife waited home until 5:45AM to walk to... this location to order in the dinning room, as the neighborhood is bad and I feel unsafe ordering at the window outside. Thewoman at the window was very rude to me and also did not give me my receipt. I had to ask three times for my receipt after mydebit card was throw on the counter and she walked away. In addition, my receipt improperly reflects what I actually orderedwhich is not fair to the restaurant owner as it does not account for what was actually served. I ordered two sausage McGriddlesand a sausage McMuffin, and chicken McGriddle. The worker put two sausage McMuffins on the receipt. It is sloppy, lazy andlacking integrity. Read more
The food was very hot and fresh. Everything was well made and packed well. We really enjoyed the food. The nuggets were Crispy... and the fries were at the perfect temperature. The workers were extremely knowledgeable of the menu items and were quick andefficient. The store was clean and very spacious. I would definitely recommend this location. Read more
