Wow, just wow! Nawab was our favorite Pakistani Indian restaurant over 4 years ago when we used to work in Yonkers; we recently... went back to celebrate my husband's birthday and IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT! We were there for lunch on a Thursday and it wasn'tcrowded, and the atmosphere was very relaxing - I enjoyed the music they were playing. We got the best seat in the house by thebig picture window. Our server was super nice and knowledgeable about the food, and she made us feel so welcome. Now about theFOOD - it was even better than I remembered it! We got the Balti Chicken and Lamb Balti Gosht, plus Mango Lassi. Everythingtasted flavorful and fresh. The meat was so tender! We had such a great experience that I wished we had returned sooner! Food was good tasty. Environment was good. Soup was really tasty and fish bites were very tasty. Overall everything was good.... And at then end they serve sweet dish which was free. They did not charge for thats ???? Read more
The naan/nan dk was terrible(batter adjustment?) Flavorless and dry i did get the one with no garlic or any speciality though,... but ive had alot better plain or not. The other food was averagely good!! Vegetarian paneer curry(cheese a little chewyovercooked or under cooked and could add more sauce to coat rice and bread, little spice tangy and long grains of fresh rice.Mango lassi averagely decent as well. Thank you wanted to point out about bread though. An honest non biased review besideshaving indian in ny and tx so far. Read more
