I must say that the service I received was impeccable. Isaiah was quick in greeting us and taking our orders. He was super... friendly which is something I like and he was constantly checking up on us and making sure that we were fine and that everythingwas good. Our dine in experience was excellent. We had the privilege of being served by Isaiah. Our server was fantastic. He was... constantly checking up on us, making sure everything was good and just right. Haven't been to Outback in a few years. Stopped in for early dinner about 6:30pm. Pleasant staff and I was very surprised at how... good the prime rib was. My guest had a different steak which was also very good. Price was very reasonable. I will be backsoon. Read more
We just went to outback on wolf road and we each ordered a drink and we ordered the Victoria filet. The waiter was nice enough... but not incredibly attentive. He was outside while another server gave us our soups. We were waiting on our drinks from the barfor about 20 mins and then our steaks arrived, still before our drinks. Our steak was well done and a weird shade of lightpurple. We alerted someone walking by and they took our steaks back. A few minutes later our server told us they were stillworking on our drinks at the bar. Our steaks and drinks arrived at the same time. Our steaks were perfectly medium the secondtime around however they were so fatty I could barely cut through it. The manager never came over to check on us. Instead ourwaiter offered dessert on the house. We never asked for dessert and we had to pay full price for these steaks. The manager isnamed Nate, I asked a staff member and she didn?t seem to care why I asked for the manager since I never got to talk to himeither. We won?t be returning to this location, Clifton park has always been a better experience. Read more
The experience last night had me decide that I won't be visiting another location. I had no complaints about the waiter. He was... friendly and did his best. For me, It was the food that was the issue. This pasta was severely undercooked, glutinous, and dry.It wasn't hot, let alone, barely room temp. It was a tough chew. Once in a lifetime dining experience. I have been to this outback on several occasions but this time was different. From the... moment we hit the door me and my wife felt special. The hostesses greeted us well and chose a table for our comfort. Theserver attended to our needs before even being asked to. The gentleman who brought our food was extremely thoughtful and kindin his greeting to me and my wife. The overall service was so great I asked to speak with the manager it was then I realizedit was team effort from the top down. The gentleman who had brought us our plates and ensured the meal was prepared to ourliking was the manager.
