Hands down the best place for food. Flavorful, fresh, hot (unless the delivery driver from Uber or whoever delivers takes... forever, then it might be room temperature ????) but the service is amazing and the chef is great. First time ordering from here. I got the chipotle chicken wrap and french fries. The wrap was delicious, the french fries were... amazing and properly salted and they poked a hole in the cap to let the steam out during delivery so that they didn?t arrivesoggy and gross? smartest people ever for doing that. So I ordered from here just yesterday and I ordered the chicken Parmesan sandwich and wings and fries. I must say it was so bad... I couldn?t believe it. The rating and the food I got were completely the opposite it?s was so bad we were in shock. For startersthe chicken parmesan aka the L?ITALA was rubbery and not a pesto insight the image on Uber eats is a complete lie which isdisappointing because it looked like a proper meal to our demise the bread was soggy as if a drunk person put that god awfulmeal together straight from a freezer watery sauce and then sat on it. Then the wings I know can you believe someone could messup wings, the wings it was crummy as if the batter it self was running away or it was fried in crummy oil and just bad tastingsauce tasting of grease with a hint of barbecue so disappointing. This is literally the best pizza in NY. I took a trip from Brooklyn just to try it after hearing about it from the locals! You... know it?s fresh when you taste it! Placed an order for two via uber that totaled out to $40 which was simply 2 coffees and breakfast. I noticed that I couldn't get... real time updates because they do everything in house which usually isnt a problem for me. I ordered at around 8:30 with a9:00-9:20am arrival. At 9:00 it still says my order is being prepared. I try and call but the phone number on Uber isincorrect. Finally find the phone number online and when i get through - the guy on the phone tells me that my order is both onthe way and that he is sending me order out right now (RED FLAG). He confirms my coffee order and says he should be heresoon. At 9:50am, i get a text from the restaurant that they've received my order and are preparing it now - 20 minute ETA.This is an hour after i placed the order and almost 30 minutes after I got off the phone with the restaurant. Uber isnt lettingme cancel because the restaurant already started preparing the order so I now try and call the restaurant again. I call TWENTYSIX TIMES and no response. When somone finally answers I can hear the restaurant noise in the background and yet no one isanswering me. At 10:28 I get a message from the restaurant again that the order is on the way. Uber finally cancels becausethey can't get in touch either. Scammers. Never order from here. Read more
