Tried my best to see the positive of my drive through order but when you receive cold food that is soggy and pay close to $35... you hope some form of the order is atleast warm. Cold to the touch(as soon as I got it I peeked in to grab a bite for the ridehome. As we all do) not one item was warm atleast. Use to love this place. Read more
The WORST Taco Bell location! Triple check your orders before you leave!! Especially at the drive thru. 2 visits ago, they... completely left out one of the items in my order. My last visit, no sauce!! After telling them specifically which sauce Iwanted. Ugh. There won't be a third visit for me! That's for sure. Read more
Although the order was correct and food was good the young lady taking my drive through order was very rude. Asking is that all... after each item I asked for as if to rush me along. I wasn't being slow at all and it seemed to bother her that it was busy. Ialso work retail and understand how it is when it's busy but never rush along anyone. If you can't take the heat Stay out of thekitchen literally. Will return because of the lack of taco bells in the area but if this is the service I will get each time Iwill for sure make a complaint. First of all let me say phenomenal service at this location. The people working there were nice enough to run the other half of... my order outside to my car because I forgot it in the pouring rain, everything came out HOT, everything was fresh and deliciousas usual I was more than satisfied. This place rocks. Always busy. So be prepared to be patient. But well worth it.
