Hours of operation mean nothing to this establishment. It clearly says they close at 12 AM yet every night they close before... 1130pm. I just want to know what the point of claiming you stay open till midnight is if you never ever do? Read more
My order was taken incorrectly but was corrected by the manager. When it was bagged up again it was cold and incorrectly made. ... It was corrected at the counter so I thought . I was giving this food to a 3 year old and a nine year old. Thank God I tastedthe nuggets first and they were spicy not regular. Called spoke to the manager from earlier who was apologetic and offered acorrected order on my next visit. Read more
I came to this Wendy's one afternoon in August 2022. I entered using the entrance that comes off Central Ave and goes directly... into the drive through line. I waited for 2 cars to pass me and then I entered the line. From car behind me, the passenger, anolder afro-american woman, got out and ran up to my driver's window and started banging on my window and started cursing me outclaiming that I cut the line in front of her. She continued to bang on my window trying to break it. The only way I could gether to stop was to hold up my phone with 911 on the dialer, and I told her if she touched my car one more time, I was going tocall the Police. She continued to curse me out. The first chance I could, I got out of the Drive Through line and left. It wasthree weeks before I came back to this Wendy's again. I have been living in Yonkers for almost 25 years and I have never everencountered such a person as I did that day, all over Wendy's too?? I could think of much better places to get upset about. We didnt like the way the reataurant is set up starting with the parking lot. The drive way forces you to turn right towards tge... drive thru and drive around the restaurant, once the drive thru line advances and you can do so. The staff wasnt too attentiveor friendly either. We needed ketchup and went up to the Order Pick Up area and at least 3 employees walked by and didnt ask ifI needed anything. My wife said the food wasnt fresh but I have no complaints about the food. Read more
I love Wendys' sandwiches, a lot more than Mc.donalds, but this particular Wendys at Central Park Ave makes cold breakfast,... especially whn the white lady is thre in d mornings and whn you complain about it or ask her to make it hot, she will havattitude, roll her eyes like she's giving you d food for free, very slow, takes her sweet time, my favorite person is theBarry-White -voiced-young guy, he's pleasant and a good customer server, makes ur food the way u want. Then in the afternoons,they're always overwhelmed and tend to miss items in your orders especially when u hav lots of item in your order. Sometime lastmonth, I ordered online food worth $36, to be delivered, order was abruptly canceled, yet my account charged, till today i'venot received any reply from Wendys' customer service after emailing them about my money, very unfair, they can do better Read more
This drive thru line is always long. It went really quick though. I figured the food must be good if people are always on line.... I don't think I can give fast food a 5 but 4 is still good. The burger and chicken nuggets were real good. And of course I got afrosty. More like a sundae than a shake though. All good! Read more
Excellent all around, small but clean store. Service is great. Can be a bit busy. Parking can be a hassle.
