I went in for the small sandwich combo for 6.99. I ordered turkey and cheese with nothing else. The bill was 8.25. I was curious... why tax added up to 1.26. I asked the cashier and was told that he charged 1.25 for the cheese, it?s ?extra?. Didn?t know thatturkey and cheese sandwich has cheese extra!!!!!. When I asked him to remove the cheese money, he could not so I ended up askingfor full refund. Which I think he did as he printed a voided receipt. I ordered a #5 Vito with no capicola. I just opened my sandwich and there is no salami on my sandwich. They only put capicola,... which is specifically what I did not want on my sandwich. There was barely any lettuce or sauce. And they didn?t even putcheese. Super upsetting to give specific directions on how you want your sandwich to be made, but it is made completelyincorrect. And to not even have the ingredients that come on the sandwich, like cheese. This location is extremely inconsistentin their service, which is upsetting since the prices are fairly high. Been going here for a while now. Not sure what's going on but something is definitely not clean here. Might be old food but I am... assuming unsanitary conditions. I got food poisoning again from this place! Last time, I gave it a benefit of a doubt but thistime for sure it was from here. Not sure if they are not wearing gloves or if the sandwich board is not wiped down/ sanitized.The bread tasted old, and lettuce and tomatoes tasted bitter like it was unwashed. Last time I was there, I literally a guysweeping and pickup trash with his hands, then walk behind the prep area, not wash his hand and put on gloved to prepare asandwich! Who does that?!? How can they not know dirty hands transfers onto the gloves when grabbing and putting on the gloves.Needless to say, these workers need proper training on Food Handling and Safety. Acceptable service and food, but much more could have been done correctly. As a prior jimmy johns employee, I could see many... things being done wrong, which ultimately lead to confusion and a time-consuming visit. One's experience varies location tolocation, and for some reason the sandwiches all taste different at different locations. This is an acceptable place for a quickbite to eat, but you do not get what you pay for in terms of quality and taste. However, the cookies and chips are good, andthere is a decent variety of soft drinks available. Read more
I had the number 10 sandwich which was the double roast beef with provolone cheese. This was my first time eating here and I... have to say this has one of the best sandwiches I have ever eaten!!! The restraunt was super clean and the employees were sofriendly! The environment is meant to bring a smile to your face! The signs in the bathroom were some of my favorite! Read more

Constantly forgetting items in delivery orders. They turn off online orders whenever they decide they just don't wanna deal with... that kind of thing. Honestly this place must be franchised because there's no way an official location would allow this place togo on the way it does. Either that or they need a new manager ASAP. Read more
