I ordered pizza and boneless chicken hot wings on November 12. When I got it, all of it was cold. I called them they gave me... credit. I called and placed the same order the next day. Again when I got the food it was all cold plus the hot boneless chickenwings were hard and no sauce. This is crazy. I already emailed you but have not got any response. When adress was entered for delivery, system defaulted to location further away even though a closer restaurant was actively... selected when first going on site. Pizza arrived well after estimated time, and was cold. Selected light cheese for one pizzaand got virtually no cheese as a result. The pizza with regular cheese had a massive amount by comparison. So options appearto be way too little, or way too much. Light cheese pizza was selected for regular sauce, but we seem to have gotten lightsauce and resulting pizza was dry, leathery, and bland. The pizza was really light on sauce and toppings, perhaps because I was using reward points instead of paying cash or credit... card. It was not the normal, tasty pizza we typically receive. Also, I opted for contactless delivery at my vehicle but neverreceived an email to enable me to let them know I was there. Instead, I went inside the store, saw my name was on the boardindicating "ready," so I picked it up that way. The employee appeared to be distracted by someone working on what appeared to bean air conditioning issue. I paid a tip during online checkout that I probably would not have left if paying in person. Get the order correct. Traveled 4 miles for delivery to car and did not receive text to call store when I got there. Got home... and 1 of the pizzas was not what I ordered. Called store and they said I would have to bring back pizza for exchange. Toldthem I?m not driving back another 4 miles to wait to get another pizza, as they would not start one, until I brought it back. She said there is nothing they can do. I said do I get a credit for paying extra for for pepperoni, her answer was all I cangive you is a $1.50. We are a regular customer but what we got is a poorly baked 2 pizza. With very less amount of marinara sauce spread. By the look... itself we complained before taking it but surprised to find that these pizza guys didn?t find anything wrong. They offered isto remake it in not so polite tone and told us that their oven will take about half hour to get ready and then some time forpizza. So it?s as good as a big ?NO?.
