Negative Stars!!! On Saturday at lunch time, a little bit of a line, but that is to be expected. They are probably busy at lunch... time everyday, right? They probably plan for a lunch rush, right? We waited patiently (in virtually no air conditioning) forabout 15 minutes. We were finally 3rd in line when they announced... THEY WERE OUT OF BREAD! And, it would be at least another15 minutes before any bread was done baking. The frustrating part is they knew they were out of bread way before they let thevery long line of customers know. Always consistent, you get the same sandwich if you order it that way. I prefer the Turkey/Ham with all the fixings. Loaded up.... I love the chili peppers. The foot long is my choice plenty of calories to get me through the day. Read more

I ordered a wrap and when I opened the wrapper it was cut in a 45 degree angle. This allows the inside of the wrap to fall out... on both halves. I complained and they shove it back inside and wrapped in paper and handed back to me. I are it with a fork andI will not come back. Read more
