When in York Maine, dont judge a book by its cover .this restaurant nestled away in a shopping center, transform to a great... eatery with an open kitchen concept when you walk through the doors.The staff is wonderful, to us there is no other place to eat, we came across the restaurant one night when we came York and was to sick to go out to eat they are open late and we neededsomething to go ! Nice vibe good food, cocktails and service
The place was full so the waitress asked us to take bar seats for 10-15 minutes. The atmosphere at the bar was so nice that we... eat our dinner there and never moved to the table. My kids took poutini and grilled cheese for appetizers, both were very goodand arrived within minutes. I had salmon with red cabbage and stir&fry veggies. Salmon was delicate and well seasoned. My wife'sscallops were excellent. The wait for the main course was on the longer side, about 20 mins, and my daughter said her hamburgerwas the same as at her school cafeteria. Hard to say if that was a complement. The bartender was kind and attentive, glasseswere refilled without asking. Overall, very positive experience. Read more
