The atmosphere is good as usual, but the prices have skyrocketed. The burger I had was very good, but it was not a $19... burger. The menu is also much smaller than it used to be. Great service, we ate outdoors and enjoyed the amazing ocean view. The patio is smaller which creates a more intimate setting,... great atmosphere overall. The food selection seems to have taken one or two steps back compared to a few years ago, moregeneric meat and fish options now. Still decent quality relative to the other options in the local area, but not necessarilycompetitive with corresponding higher level vacation expectations many travelling visitors may have when visiting anestablishment like this. Overall, 4 stars with a heavy weighting towards the close, ocean-facing atmosphere which is hard tobeat. Read more

Union Bluff Grill changed ownership and the menu has changed for the worse unfortunately. PLEASE put the broiled cod on the menu... again and the sweet potato fries! A culinary travesty to have them gone! Same menu inside and out now. The patio is stillwonderful to sit on for views of the beach and our server Julia was great. Also - beer menu only lists the brewery names not thebeer they are serving which is unhelpful. I am lucky enough to visit York frequently so I will be back hoping to see myfavorites on the menu again. Read more
The Clam chowder here was the best overall. It’s a little down home bar Lotsa beer on tap plenty of TVs to view football. Warm... and friendly right on the coast easy to get to and free parking. Read more
Stopped on a Wednesday for lunch. They were only seating outside which was fine for us. Nice tree covered patio. Super... friendly hostess and wait staff. Had calamari to start and their standard lobster(salad) roll. I usually ask for hot butteredbut decided to try the house version. It was good with not too much mayo. Would definitely come back. Came here for lunch. Most restaurants in York, ME are poorly reviewed. This one is the best. Tried several others which were... either terrible, overpriced, or a combo of both.. This one is the best in the short sands area within walking distance to thebeach. Our waitress Julia was attentive, efficient, and top notch. Food delicious and prices reasonable. There are about 5outdoor tables and indoor seating as well. Highly recommend. Read more
Had made a quick night trip to the Nubble lighthouse. We were intending to visit a different restaurant in the area; however,... they were closed for the season. Thankfully we noticed this place was open and decided to go. Super friendly service. Foodservice was quick. The food was excellent. So glad we got to try them out. Definitely recommend. Read more
