Run down building and understaffed. Counter person was friendly, but we could see he was overworked. Coffee was lukewarm and... burger was awful. Threw them both out. Was grateful I didn?t get sick. The owner of this franchise needs to upgrade theproperty and improve the staffing levels. Read more
The place looks like it hasn?t been mowed in a couple months I ordered a drink and breakfast sandwiches and the staff was nice... but she was pouring my drink from a 2L bottle I could?ve done that and then had to wait for my Luke warm sandwiches. So much forfast food. Much improvement is needed here. Read more
Don't go ! Unless you wanna have a dirrea!It's disgusting the fries were like plastic just looked gross and tasted stale ! The... cheese burger looked pre-made and they just threw another cheese on top and stucked in a mirowave!! ! The burger had a weridcolor to it! Not freshedly made at all!!! Straight disgusting! This is my 2nd visit frist visit was just as bad I figured let metry again maybe it'll be different but nope !! Still the same ! Never going again! Sadly wasted 10.00 and went back to workhungry! Waited in line for 20 mins to only be told they were suddenly closed for maintenance. No way to back out of drive thru so I got... stuck waiting behind two people who were able to order food for another 20 mins. I had two screaming babies in the car and askedif they could just have the people ahead drive around the building to let me out, but apparently that was too difficult, I'dhate for it to be an actual emergency. Wasted nearly 40 mins of time and gas for nothing. Definitely won't be back, I'll have tosave my BK craving for when I'm in GI or Lincoln I guess. Read more
Went through drive thru because the lobby doors were closed. Sign said lobby was open until 10 or 11 and we were there at 7:30.... After we got our food the burger was room temperature and cheese was not melted.... by far the worst burger King I have been to. Read more
Had a mobile order, but it was really really slow between the time I ordered and when the food was ready. The staff seemed... friendly enough, but probably overworked and burned out. I?ve got sympathy for them, but it wasn?t a great takeout experience. Read more
