Horrible. Ordered 5 potato tacos, a black bean crunch wrap and Mac and cheese. We pulled up to the window and they only had us... rung up for the tacos. We corrected it, and when they gave me what i thought was my black bean crunch wrap IT WAS BEEF. Ihaven?t eaten meat in years and i just accidentally ate some even though i made sure to say TWICE that it was a black beancrunch wrap. Shouldn?t be that hard to get an order right. Save yourself the headache and hassle and go somewhere else to eat. Drive thru takes 20-30 mins. They always get your order... wrong. They don't honor any credits they give because they go through managers like crazy and they can't honor what previousmanagement does. If you go back through drive thru to make them fix order it'll take 15-20 mins and the rest of your food iscold. They have signs saying they are short staffed but service had been bad for years and getting worse. Read more
I would not recommend this Taco Bell. They use the regular taco bell tortillas and then wrap them in some kind of larger store... bought tortillas. Food wasn?t even warm and cheese wasn?t melted. None of their equipment worked so we weren?t even able toorder quesadillas and other items we wanted. Read more
This store is absolutely the worst I've ever been to. Was traveling through on a trip, decided to get some food and waited... patiently in line for quite a while, when we ordered the person taking the order from the big menu was incredibly rude and actedlike we were bothering him. We ordered an item without tomato due to an allergy, and when we received the order and got down theroad, we discovered not only did the item contain copious amounts of tomato but they also failed to give utinsels for items thatrequired them. Worse taco bell I've been too. My pregnancy craving NOT satisfied!! Waited too long for my food but I'm an understandable person... and waited patiently. Only to get my food ice cold! Nice! I can't have meat ice cold plus that's gross taco bell! Had it remadeso the meat was warm and my fries weren't soggy....and what a surprise they messed the order up.... Couldn't find my receipt butwe're happy to reprint it after they got through the line of people. So I had to pick tomatoes off my burrito and eat a bean oneand was told to contact the general manager for further assistance.... Read more
Took about 45min to get my food. Cars were leaving in front of me so could have taken longer if they had stayed. The hard shell... taco was all broken when I opened it. My Mac & cheese was cold, looked burnt and tasted like it was old so I didn?t even eat it.Mind you this was at 1pm! Waited all this time for my food to come out cold, broken, and taste bad. Read more
Ordered from the Taco Bell menu and was not impressed, the bean burrito was cold and did not taste very fresh. The nacho fries... did come out okay. Store was clean but the bathrooms were not. Read more
Waste of time!!! If you have the staff for drive thru then you have staff for dine in. Not everyone eats in their vehicle. But... THANKS Taco Johns was great!!! Read more
