Chase took my order at the counter. What an young man! He was jolly, polite, interested in each customer, asking questions, and... creating such a pleasurable experience it thew half the customers off. In 3 minutes of watching him work I realized what thisworld is missing, people like Chase who genuinely love what they do, and share that love with there customers. Wendy's, I'drecommend you let Chase go to all your stores and teach your teams how to interact with customers, and share his genuine joywith them. 5 stars Chase, you eared it! Read more

Most of the time Wendy's is a great fast meal. Not sure why the food and service at this location is so poor. Employees all seem... to be mad that you are there ordering food. The fries were old the burger was under cooked but complaining did nothing we werejust given coupons. Sorry Wendy's I don't like giving bad reviews and hope things get better. Read more
After a 17 hour drive all day I not only needed food because I was hungry, but also to keep me awake until I got home to... Kearney. I mobile ordered and it was 10 minutes before close, expectations were low being so close to the crews time to get outof there. I was blown away, hot, fresh, delicious, and fast. Door dash was fast...that gets a 5 star. On the other hand, I asked for two order of sandwiches. First a baconator with... Maplewood bacon. The bacon was regular, not what I paid extra for. Was a great little stop on our way from Houston to Canada. Good service, clean tables and seating, food was fresh and staff... were actively cleaning as people left a table, it was immediately cleaned and ready for the next people. Read more
