This guy Mahpit singh has terrible customer service. Won't acknowledge anyone and is very rude. He gave me some else's order and... didn't even apologize. He's so incompetent that he doesn't know how to turn on his TVs so people can see the menu. If you callto place an order he will just hang up on you. I've had numerous bad experiences at this place. Zero customer service I order pizza 20 min earlier by phone and they said come to store in 20 minutes i went there after 25... minutes and they even didn?t start to make my order they were just talking to each other and when i asked for my order they wereblaming each other that they took your order and he forget to write down the order even though i had break for 30 minutes andthey wasted my 25 min and none of them apologized for wasting my order and went back to work without eating. Pizza is good! Except when you go there they tell you 45 mins when the pizza can be done in 15 mins. The lady in front always... talking to random people coming. There was a Tim hortons employee from across the street who came straight in the store and atthe back. Like random people go straight to the back to talk to the employees? Half the time they are socializing then makingorders. When I approach the lady she said 45 mins and then I told her I was waiting she then changed it to 15 min in which I gotmy pizza? Get a slice here every so often it's a bit doughy for my taste but you get a huge portion for the cost. I recommend the premium... pizzas though their pepperoni isn't bad (they don't cheap out on the cheese like pizza pizza) Read more

Poor customer service/ listening skills. Rude. Ordered butter chicken and received pizza with brocoli and whatever else on top,... for a pickup order. I should have verified my order, but I didn't and realized the problem when I got home. It was snowing and Ididn't feel like going back outside. Contacted the location and was offered solutions that didn't quiet work. In the end Iagreed to a discount on my next pickup order. My phone number was confirmed and the manager told me that a note would be made sothat the person taking my future order would be aware of the discount. Long story short, the manager gave me an extremely hardtime for my next order; the offer of the discount was in question because it was not noted as promised. She eventually appliedthe discount after I told her to forget about it. I really didn't want to argue about $5 off my food before eating it. This isinefficient and lacking accountability. I didn't make the error with my previous order, they did. The food isn't bad, but therewas a previous owner operating under another name at this same location and I miss his food and service. I really like the quality of the food and staff. Especially Navjoth, she was tremendously active and advices me with order. The... taste is exceptional and service is satisfactory. Store must be proud of having Navjoth on their ship, such a vibe. Read more
