I've always had a great experience there. The service has proven to be consistent. My kids love the pizza that they serve. I... usually get the party size and I have never had an issue. Always taste great. The kids hate the broccoli but I love it and it'sgood for them ????. When it's just me ordering a small slice I add pineapples ???? I gave 3 stars because although I love theirpizza options, the lactose free pizza needs some work. The lactose free pizza is not great. It's rubbery and the worst tastingever. Hopefully they can fix this in the future. It's the only issue I have with the company which I believe is not specific tothis location. It's just the first time I tried it. Sigh . Read more
I ordered through Uber eats. Pizza was delivered an hour later. Cold. The delivery man said there were no drivers. Didn?t even... offer a free pizza for such bad service. Not ordering from this location again. Usually pizza Nova is good. Not here. Read more
Its ok still id rather make my own pizza at home
It took over 1 hour and 20 minutes to get my order. After 40 minutes I called the store and they said they didn't even checked... the Doordash app to see they had an order. Pizza got here cold and soggy. Read more
Such lovely customer service, both on the phone and in store (Jane and Dundas Street West). The pizzas were delicious, and the... kind person on the phone even helped me get one of their deals which made the Delicious tasting pizza all the more tantalizing!Thanks for making our Saturday that much better! Overall quality of the pizza and Ingredients has gone down tremendously. Shame since staff is friendly and restaurant is clean.
I placed an order at 3pm in the afternoon for an order at 5:30pm and it never arrived. I called at 5:15pm to be proactive as I... has guests coming they told me it?s on it way. Continued to call then they say it?s just almost out of the oven. They soundlike they are a deer in headlights with zero problem solving skills. I kept calling every 30 minutes and zero progress.
