I got chicken bacon ranch footlong today. Bad attitude of staff. Puts very less grated cheese. Less than what is required. Puts... less sauce too. I got ranch and chipotle southwest. Still very mess sauce. When I asked for less of veggies, he puts more. WhenI ask for more cheese he puts less. :-( Read more

Scammers... Gave coupon was charged more. One worker during busy lunch time. She was rude and refused to give me what the coupon... said. Complained to management and all they said was thanks for the feedback. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of thissubway. Read more

No concern shown by both the owner and employees for health code. Last time I went here I got a BLT sub, the customer before had... tuna. Which the employee wiped my bun in, when I asked for a new bun. I got 1 alright which was placed in the same paper withthe tuna in it. I was then told to pay for a sub I couldn't eat without getting sick. This was the Dundas street west locationnear Keele. Read more

4 Stars for food quality, but 0 stars for customer service (average of 2 stars). Ever since this store moved to it's new... location East of Keele, the customer service has gone downhill. A few highlights of the negative experiences I've hadinclude: 1) Store running out of Sub bread 3 hours before closing and not bothering to make more. 2) Being told the dining areawas closed an hour before the store closed (and I wasn't informed until after I had paid and was about to sit to eat). 3) Staffmember not knowing how to properly enter a discount for a coupon resulting in my overpaying. 4) Ramp entrance not properlysalted during the winter. Went the day after a snow storm. Snow was cleared, but ramp was covered in ice. Couldn't even get upthe ramp to get into the store. If you can get past the sub-standard service, the food and location are excellent. I mainlyreturn here because it's location is so convient and in hopes the service has improved (which it never seems to). That said iftime and distance aren't an issue, I'd rather go to the locations at Keele and Lawrence or Keele and Rogers Rd. Read more

The owner son does not know how to input coupons and deduct them from your bill. when I questioned him on the total because I... was so shocked on the amount. he lied and said he put in the coupons and that was the right price. I only paid because I was ina rush and needed a bite. but I will never do that again. They can keep their sandwich. I paid $19+ for a meal and went to twodifferent subways. One on Rogers road with the exact order and coupons and paid $12.61. service is only good depending on who isworking that shift. Read more

I've never been disappointed by the staff working here, they're really great people - even though they prefer to stay quiet and... don't talk much. They're good at what they do, and they're pretty fast at it, too. They never push things on you, and after theyask you ONCE if you want a Combo, they'll never ask again until the next time you visit. They don't do anything unnecessary andreally let you run your own experience. I go here frequently, almost always grab a Meatball Marinara and French Vanilla Coffee,and I've seen around four different employees who I never have a bad time with. The fact that the store is a little tucked awayand not close to the center of the city really lends it a relaxed atmosphere. It's seldom full of people, and is always a quiet,calm place to sit and eat your food. Read more
