I use the jerk box to cater events and they have never let me down. Food is always kept warm even when I was not able to pick up... at the scheduled time. The manager was amazing in allowing me to etransfer and have someone else pick up. By far the bestexperience and I drive from Oshawa to get food here....always scrumptious and tasty! Read more
Really bad service today. I usually enjoy going here, but I was served by a female employee in glasses who was horrible at... customer service. I will not be going back and I'll be advising my extended family and friends to also stay away and take theirbusiness elsewhere. When I was about to pay for my food after a long wait in line, another customer paid for my food insteadand took it. Rather than prioritize me because she made the mistake, she asked me to line up all over again. Another customerberated her and said that that's not right, that she shouldn't make me stand in line again for their own fault. But she didn'tlisten. Instead, she kept loudly saying in the restaurant how it was my fault (blaming the customer). I didn't even get acomplimentary drink to apologize for making me lineup twice. She was also rude when making her point, just like she was for therest of the interaction. I never raised my voice, never raised my tone, never showed any discomfort. But I'll speak with mywallet. I'll make sure eveyrone I know stays away from this place. Read more

It?s great to to have a restaurant that meets your early morning needs where you can pick up a early morning breakfast. However... they are not consistent with the time that they open.The food is super expensive, the price you pay for one food you and buytwo. It melted in my mouth!! ???? By so far, The best Caribbean jerk chicken i have tasted in GTA until now, although the restaurant... doesn?t look nice or fancy, and super small, but treasures can be found in these places ?? the chicken were perfectly marinated,super spicy, and delicious? Nothing unique about the curry goat, it was pretty flavorless. The rice and peas was not good, really sticky and dry. For 10... people in line, it's about a 20 minute wait. The only pricing in there is for ox tail, but nothing else. Couldn't understandthat. This place Is not for me. Lloyds across the street offers more flavour and better portions. Read more
This little hole in the wall is not to be underestimated. The food is incredibly tasty and reasonably portioned and priced. A... definite must for anyone that is looking for the ultimate comfort food. Parking can be a bit troublesome. Read more
The Jerk Box delivers satisfaction within every bite. I must say my taste buds are feeling delightful. Their customer service... is literally 5 stars. From beginning to the end my experience has been delightful. I sampled some of their dishes on their Meatand Vegetarian dishes as I waited for my main meal. I was treated like ROYALTY!
