There's too many homeless/junkies hanging out, panhandling and sleeping here. I have compassion but it really ruins it. There's... a Native guy there that will steal your bike or something if you're not careful. He looks Filipino but he's Native American. Hesometimes where's sun glasses and Little pigtails in his hair. He steals from all the local businesses. Police are aware of himbut they don't do anything about it. His name is Walter. Read more
There's always a long line & today management and a staff member were arguing loudly with each other in front of everyone, while... the line got longer & I was at the register waiting for my order to be taken. Management was telling the staff member to shutup. My order wasn't even complete. I just ordered a tea and tea biscuit and waited for 10 mins to find out the girl preparingthe food didn't even have it on her screen. It always seems understaffed. This is the closest Tim Horton's near me. Been going there ever since it's has been open and never have any problems. But... tonight I went there to get a large ice cappuccino. The server wad wiping down the counter. She wash her hands then used thepaper towel to wipe down the front of one of the machine. Then she proceeds to hold the container for my cappuccino by the top.I politely asked her to wash her hands and please get me another container, with a thank you. Went there with my son and got great friendly service by the cute maganda cashier. Only thing I notice is a few sketchy druggies... there that take up the booths and aren't buying anything which is taking up the space for buying customers that want to sitthere with their friends and families. I usually go to this location because it?s in an inconvenient area. The drinks are usually a hit and miss but that is besides... the point. My wallet got stolen (from the counter) and the staff had no compassion or empathy in trying to assist. People areruthless and have no common courtesy nowadays. Worst experience at a Tims Horton. Customer Service is the worst. People working here need to respect customers coming in. Saw... the server talking down a kid who came to get a coffee. I order a meal at around 3:30 p.m. today from my activated offer on- line. Loaded wrap with potato wedges at $8.00, then I've... got only the loaded wrap.
