Mixed reviews with this place???? First time I came, I said 'Ok, I'll take the drive from Brampton anytime', however the last... time I came here, I wasn't at all pleased. I ordered 2½ lbs of wings, and I was very specific how I wanted them . As the orderwas being prepared, I noticed no gloves were being used, and only the cashier was wearing a mask. When the order was finallyready the employees took some time to chat it up, while staring in mine and my friend's face, as if they were speaking about us.Anyway, when we finally got the food, there were no napkins or forks provided. Bcuz we were hungry and in a rush I realized theymessed up my order on the drive home????????????????. I'll think twice, or only order when the Owner is in, next time I'mcraving wings Read more
Great, very accommodating for my special requests. Parking gets a little busy at lunch time and dinner. *Update June 2019 still... 5*. My order had a small problem due to worker translation and owner made it all right with a free order the next week. Mistakeswill happen but its how the mistakes get fixed by management that I respect the most. I will continue to go there for tastyregular (nicely seasoned) wings and lots of sauce selections eg honey garlic. Great jerk chicken wings. Great customer service.Thanks for bringing it out to me! I really love wing machine wings but this location tastes a bit different from the one I usually go to. The hot sauce is... totally different, the hot sauce they gave me here was sriracha for some reason. The meat on the wings don't seem to slide offthe bone like those at other locations. The wings are still good though, I just thought that all the franchises would taste thesame. The staff was very friendly and the store is kept clean. Read more
