Walked up to the hostess desk. No one was at the desk. We asked a passing waiter if we were to seat ourselves, or if someone... would seat us. They had got someone to come up to the front, and told us it would be about a 5 minute wait. 10 minutes later, noone had come back to the front to seat us. The food tastes fine, but the past 2 times I have ordered for takeout, my order has been messed up. This last time, they... completely forgot my fries and I asked for my burger with no tomato or mustard, but there was tomato and mustard still on it. Nobig deal on thr burger, but this seems to be consistent now. No fries is a bit annoying though, and I wasn't going to standaround for another 20 minutes just to grt them when the food was already 10 minutes longer than it was supposed to be. Read more
Very slow service at only 50% occupancy. I know we are all suffering the consequences of the election but 35-45 minutes to see... food is a bit ridiculous. We weren't offered napkins, or straws. I have to say, today we received amazing service. ?Jamie? our server was fantastic! She took the time to explain the new... billing feature to us. We have had Blazing Rewards points for years. Walked in waited at the desk for about 2 min that's totally cool, get sat at high top by the bar, no one came to my table,... waited for about 5 whole min one girl has her section, the girl behind the bar had like 2 guys at the bar and maybe two tableswith only 1 person at each table, they did not recognize me or came over at all, no hey I will be right with you.
