Walked up to the hostess desk. No one was at the desk. We asked a passing waiter if we were to seat ourselves, or if someone... would seat us. They had got someone to come up to the front, and told us it would be about a 5 minute wait. 10 minutes later, noone had come back to the front to seat us. The food tastes fine, but the past 2 times I have ordered for takeout, my order has been messed up. This last time, they... completely forgot my fries and I asked for my burger with no tomato or mustard, but there was tomato and mustard still on it. Nobig deal on thr burger, but this seems to be consistent now. No fries is a bit annoying though, and I wasn't going to standaround for another 20 minutes just to grt them when the food was already 10 minutes longer than it was supposed to be. Read more
Very slow service at only 50% occupancy. I know we are all suffering the consequences of the election but 35-45 minutes to see... food is a bit ridiculous. We weren't offered napkins, or straws. I will say the food was great but not worth my time. Everyone was kind and friendly but with so many choices I will not be back. Read more
I have to say, today we received amazing service. ?Jamie? our server was fantastic! She took the time to explain the new... billing feature to us. We have had Blazing Rewards points for years. No one has ever taken the time to explain to us what thismeant. She was quick and response to our needs! I highly recommend asking for Jamie when you visit this restaurant. She isamazing! Read more
This is my second time eating at this location since I prefer the East York location. I was reminded why. Upon entering the... establishment nobody was at the front to greet you and you had to stand there after more than one person noticed you for someoneto greet and seat you. After being seated you could hear the phones constantly ringing until they eventually went off withnobody making a effort to answer them. The iTunes machine that is listed as part of the experience did not work and nobody knewhow to even try to get it up and running. Once the food came out it was luke warm at best. Overall a very good experience, the food was fantastic although was a little pricey for what you got....it seems that every big... chain is cutting their portion sizes right now but increasing prices. Amazing choice of spicing options for your wings,although if you aren't into wings there are other options too. Fun friendly atmosphere with lots of TV screens showing alldifferent sports. Agree with other comments that service a little on the slow side but then every place seems to be shortstaffed these days so this restaurant is by no means alone. Read more

Walked in waited at the desk for about 2 min that's totally cool, get sat at high top by the bar, no one came to my table,... waited for about 5 whole min one girl has her section, the girl behind the bar had like 2 guys at the bar and maybe two tableswith only 1 person at each table, they did not recognize me or came over at all, no hey I will be right with you.
