The food taste processed and was cold. Ordered fajitas and the plate wasn't even sizzling, chicken didn't looked cooked. My... girlfriend steak platter was no flavor to it and the mashed potatoes are from a box. Would I go back? NO Was the food worth theprice? NO 70$ and we didn't eat half our plates! Read more

This restaurant is filthy. The service is very hit or miss, but it?s always dirty. I had to tell the attendant there was no soap... in the women's bathroom. My husband had to wipe down the bathroom counter before my son washed his hands. A family came in afterus and wiped down their own table and ended up leaving before ordering food. Chilis seems to be known for this. Hanover is thesame way. Read more
Very well managed Chilli's. I have traveled for work nearly 20 years and have eaten at 40+ Chilli's restaurant locations because... it's one of my favorites. This location is the top 5 for sure. I've eaten at this location at least 10 times now and they are soconsistently on point. They always get everything right weather it's to go or dine in. I can't say enough about this place!!! Attempted to dine in. 6-8 tables, so not crowded. Seated right away and then nothing. No drink order or acknowledgement while... staff was standing near the bar doing nothing. Walked out after approx 8 mins. Read more
My husband and I ate here Sunday evening. It was busy. We started with chips and salsa. Always good. My husband had steak and... shrimp fajitas. It came with rice, beans and a tray of cheese,sour cream, Pico de Gallo and guacamole. His dish came with softtacos and grilled onions and green peppers. His meal was well seasoned and he loved it. I had the smokehouse combo. I had thechicken crispers and brisket. My dish came with corn on the cob, fries, really sour pickle chips and garlic toast. There wassauce all over the small portion of brisket. Although the brisket was very tasty it didn't need all the sauce. The chickencrispers were really good. The corn was over cooked. Our meal was hot and we appreciated our server who was working really hardbeing very busy. Read more
