It's a Chipotle lol. It's not overly nice or anything, the sitting space seems quite dirty actually. Pretty good food for the... chain food. I order on the app because there are usually long lines and I'm a pretty quiet person who can't yell over the glass.I just grab my food and go. The inside used to be nice, but I wouldn't recommend sitting inside, take it to go or sit outside.The workers are kinda nice, but seem over worked and/or understaffed. I get food here when I don't really have time to stop andeat or I'm tired after work and just need to get home. It's reliable and rarely wrong or weird. Three stars because I don't wantto be a harsh person and the workers seem to be really tired. Thank you to all the workers with bad jobs but who stay to givepeople services. Read more
This Chipotle is a complete hit or miss! I got a bowl with absolutely no flavor. Rice had no flavor and taste like it was... overcooked in too much water. The chicken?no flavor. The tomato salsa?taste like sour water and you guessed it, no flavor! Thequeso taste like nothing and I couldn?t taste it in my food. I even got salad dressing that taste like it was made wrong and hadtoo much sugar in it. Plus the girl behind the counter was giving everyone extra small portions and everyone had to ask for moreor extra just to get a fair portion. A few yrs ago this was the best place to go. Now...not so much. They're always "out" of stuff...simple things like cheese and... salsa...they rush you through the line. There's literally 10 employees "kids" working and they don't seem to care at all. I willdrive across town, out of my way to go to another location. I'm surprised this location is still open. Great service and food. The staff were super nice and they made sure they got everything right. Currently (9/2022) they can't... do tap/Android/Apple Pay. So credit card only or exact change if cash. Also, no Avocados/Guac. Read more
HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! Would never recommend for anyone to go here. Spent over $25 on two burrito bowls to be told they had no... veggies, no lettuce, no cheese, no guacamole and no chicken at the time and very little sour cream as they were running out.What did I even pay for? I was a little skeptical going in to this location because of all the horror stories. Not just from reviews, but literally word... of mouth. However?.with that being said, I ordered a bowl, double protein (chicken), and a bunch of other toppings. To start,everything was fresh, with the exception of the chicken being way over cooked, but still quite tasty. Everything wasproportioned the way it should be, and all in all, not bad. Service was fast, employees were friendly, but what I can see is agroup of younger people with what I can only guess is lack of training or poor management maybe? Chipotle sure has gotten more expensive over the years and providing less food, especially when you order a bowl. I barely got... any brown rice...asked for extra cheese which used to be the regular amount and that's my only topping too. We did have to wait8 minutes for the garlic steak for my husband's bowl so our food was a bit cool by the time he got his. Overall the place isvery clean and well stocked. I wish I would of gotten the young lady who made my bowl, very upbeat and friend sadly the cashier100% the exact opposite. Maybe an off day for the restaurant.... Read more
