I?m a picky eater and order a burrito with white rice (extra), chicken, and cheese. Typically when I give my order and ask for... extra rice, I?m compensated pretty well, especially considering rice is the cheapest ingredient. However, this time my burritowas tiny and barely filled with any of the ingredients. Yet, paid full price for it. The restaurant was not busy which was awesome but the prep area was a mess! Before placing our orders someone finally wiped down... the order line area to look presentable. The food was okay but I think a little over priced for what you get. We paid $31.00 for2 meals and we could have went to a Mexican restaurant for the same price. Read more
Our meal here was good and the service was fast, too fast actually. It's not necessarily a complaint but the two guys that... helped us were talking and moving so fast it was hard to hear and understand them. I've only been to Chipotle a few times so Iwasn't up to their speed and it made the process awkward for everyone. We were the only ones ordering at the time and the placewas almost empty so I'm not sure why they were in such a hurry in the middle of the day. Read more
Chipotle is one of my favorite restaurants. I?ve eaten it in almost every city in the US and I?ve never had such a bad bowl. The... pico de gallo was just chopped tomatoes. The chicken and pinto beans had the oddest flavors and were inedible. There was no cornwhich I requested. I?ve never not finished a bowl and had three bites and couldn?t eat the rest. It was awful. Went in on a Thursday at 8:30 pm and were greeted with " we are out of steak, pinto beans, sour cream and chips". No fajita... veggies available WTH. You're open for another 90 min and you're out of food??? Definitely won't be rushing back here anytimesoon. Read more
This Chipotle was below average for a Chipotle. For dining in, several tables were dirty. The ice machine was also down.... Otherwise the food was fine and represented Chipotle's quality with the exception of the lettuce which was a bit past its prime.Service was fine, but felt a bit understaffed. If you are nearby, this Chipotle are fine but if you are on your way and anotherChipotle is available, you may want to consider it. Read more
It was just awful. I ordered a bowl with half steak and half chicken. They were all out of chicken so I said that just steak was... okay. When I go home, I open my meal and sitting in there were BEANS. I am ALLERGIC to beans AND NOWHERE in my ONLINE order didI say beans. Also after I picked the beans out, as I was on my last bite, a nice strand of short blonde hair came off of my forkinto my mouth. I am repulsed, disgusted, and DEEPLY disappointed. As someone suffering with a ingested allergy I could have lostmy life today because of some careless employee. If I hadn?t checked first, it would have been bad!
