Collusion Is Great! I am definitely a Beer Geek. Traveled to places like Portland (both cities), Taos, Quebec, and San Diego, to... experience beer culture. So, I love beer. Collusion is my favorite brewery in South-Central Pa, followed closely by Troegs andSouth County. I?d have no hesitation bringing an out of towner who loves craft beer to any of the three places but Collusionwould be my first pick. Its downtown York location is industrial and a bit gritty. The beer menu is broad and not just IPAs.Some truly adventurous offerings like a Smoked Lager. The food is solid and not pretentious. They stick to a menu that is not anoverreach but they do well. Nothing worse than a craft brewery attempting to be fine dining. The person serving the brew at thebar was friendly and she had a great laugh that made the night cheerier. So, if you are up in the air about where to visitaround this area, put Collusion at the top of your list. Read more
Definitely one of the best locations in York to catch a good time, good drink, and good laugh with friends and family. They have... a large selection of IPA's, Lagers, and Stouts. As a Belgium Triple guy, I struggle (not exclusive to this establishment) tofind one that really fulfills me, but Collusion definitely helps by filling the palate with a expanded range of it's steady andtrues. Highly recommend if you are visiting, and the service, if you are lucky enough to catch a blue haired gal named Amandais definitely sure to make your experience one of a kind! Read more
Stopped in while in York to check out the local brewery scene. This is an excellent local neighborhood brewery. It has a parking... lot which is novel downtown. It's in a cool area with a lot of interesting murals. There is plenty of inside and outsideseating. The inside has a cool brick and wood vibe to it. The beer was very good. It rated one of the top two places we visitedin York. If we were local we would be here a lot. Check them out! Read more

Tried for the first time for burger week. Very nice space with some parking lot parking. Outdoor seating if you want it. We... are inside and the food was crazy amazing. We tried the southwest burger, Elvis burger, pizza burger, shrimp Po boy, tater totsand onion rings. All were amazing. We had a picky eater or two in our group and they were very happy. The milk stout myhusband had was very good and the list of available beers on the chalkboard was varied. Lots of options! The staff were veryhelpful and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. Lots of self serve such as seat yourself, take yourplates up, pick up your food, etc. We didn't mind at all. Wonderful neighborhood gem with parking lot outside. It was a random choice on a Sunday morning while we passed through the... area. Could not have asked for more. Great selection of IPAs in a lovely ale house accompanied by good food. Relaxing andfun way to start the day. Kid friendly. Read more

Was just in Nashville recently so my son and I decided to get their Nashville hot chicken sandwich. Neither of us could even eat... it. Good thing we got a bunch of apps.... Not sure what sauce it was but it's not Nashville hot. It's nasty. And the breading isROCK HARD. Couldn't even eat it and almost broke a tooth not knowing before biting into it .
