Today my son asked to go to Dairy Queen and I was so excited to take him. We had ordered what he wanted and it wasn?t correct.... I go inside, wait in line, even though the manager saw me and express my concern. When the manager comes up to me, she makesme feel as if I did something wrong, cuts me off, walks away from me, doesn?t tell me what she is even going to do and when Iasked ?Did I do something wrong? she said no your fine. I understand she was busy and I wasted her time and my money. Sheshould really have a class on manners and customer service. This is a busy location so I am sure this won?t matter but is issad when people are treated so poorly and can?t even show a little compassion. Read more
Their cold treats are top notch always, people here are friendly. The hot food though I've tried a couple times. It usually... seems like it's microwaved. With the buns aswell.... so I mean you do the math super hot internal Temps, and hot soggyexterior. I mean their chilly cheese dogs are alright though. Read more
We went through the drive- thru on a saturday evening. They was a line of about 5 cars ahead of us, so it took a few minutes to... get our food. The employees were friendly. The burgers were fresh and tasty. Fries were good. Read more
First we waited for a long time it was not very busy. When we got our food the burgers were cold to the touch.. the cheese was... very cold and not melted at all. So when I took them back they remade them. You could tell they microwaved them extra. Like theywere doing it because we complained about the first ones being cold. The cheese was melted off them the bun was obviously in themicrowave too long . They looked a mess. So I went in and asked for a manager. She said she would remake them herself. They werebetter. But still not great. If they have a broiler that you can see when ordering why are we using a microwave? The employeesspent more time sliding around... It seems if they wore non slip shoes they might be more productive. Read more
Best burger I've had from any fast food restaurant in P.A. The drive thru service was excellent and super quick. So delicious.
