I've tried several times to order from here. It never works out because they're always out of something or they closed early for... some reason. When I finally was able to order delivery from them, the meats were completely dried out. I will not order fromthis place again. Read more

Horrible customer service came in to pick up an order for a customer, and the person at the front has awful customer service... waited in the store for 15 minutes so that he could tell me they were out of the item the customer requested and asked How longfor the order? His response was I could only do one thing at a time ?I need to help the customers in line?, mind you; I wasthere before any of the customers. I won't be visiting this restaurant, thanks to that horrible service. It was the short whiteman that worked in front. This place was horrible, will not recommend to anyone and will never go back. We order pulled pork plate with fries and a... brisket sandwich. The pork was undercooked and cold. Had to force myself to eat a few bites to not waste the complete $26 wespent. The fries were undercooked and had a nasty seasoning on them as well as they didn't have ketchup for them. The brisketwas not brisket at all and was very dry and cold. The bread that came with the meal was so hard it could have broken a tooth andwas utterly disgusting. The BBQ sauce was dry and cold. It was literally one of the worst experiences I've had, expected muchmore from a BBQ place and will make sure to choose and tell everyone to choose mission BBQ if they want good BBQ bc this placedeserves negative stars. I've been to Corkey's (in memphis), Jackstacks (in KCMO) and Mission BBQ locally. And a few others odd and end BBQs places like... Sonnies Dickeys is literally the worse BBQ place I have ever been to. A dollar menu Wendy's Burger honestly tastes better andjuicer than their meats. Dickeys is the quessential "never do this" equation of how to run a BBQ place. I have no idea whatthey're doing wrong but it's not just one local Dickeys. It's like all of em. One day they may do well and the next day they'lltry to rip you off selling 15 dollar slimjims that's suppose to be something else They honestly need complete new managementfrom the top down and real cooks with a passion to BBQ Read more

ordered two pork sandwich combos and 6 ribs. we both got french fries which were under cooked, my baked beans were hard and the... main part the sandwich was down right un edible, every bit was hard ends. I even had to ask if they gave me the hard ends andshe said no. I got two bites worth of chewable pork. The ribs were good though, it was our first time there and will be ourlast. Read more

Like most if you go before 2-4 pm no ribs. They have a Frito-Lay corn chip special that they did order stock of so my appetizer... was out. Brisket is fully seasoned. Done fast food style. Pork out combo and others are better priced than the competitors. Read more

Beans were not cooked at all ?.. how are baked beans crunchy ??? What a giant waste of money ?. Everything that we ordered was... bad ? cabbage slaw no taste no flavor , brisket was all fatty no bark no smoked taste , pulled pork was consistency of whatappeared to be shredded cat food ?. Usually I expect established BBQ joints to have pretty good and fresh meats since that's all they make, but this meal was pretty... disappointing. We got pulled pork, kielbasa, ribs, brisket, and sides. We got it delivered but it was only 5 minutes away soeverything was still hot. Kielbasa was very dry looking-First bite I bit into a piece of bone which isn't necessarily therestaurant's fault but still unpleasant. Pulled pork was OK. Can't detect any seasonings in it besides salt and was drier than Iwould generally like it to be. Brisket was not brisket. I'm no butcher but I assume it was a piece of chuck. Tastes just likepieces of pot roast left out of the juices for a couple hours. Very tough, no layer of fat on top. Ribs still had membrane onthe underside and were also quite dried out. You can make a rack of tender juicy ribs in your oven at home in 2.5 hours with acookie sheet and piece of foil which I would have done if our house wasn't waiting for flood repairs. BBQ sauce has the taste ofhaving been in a freezer. Waffle fries are good but also have freezer taste. Rolls are from freezer. Mac and cheese tastes likeBob Evans tray. 'Potato casserole' could also be bob evans loaded mashed potato tray but I'm not familiar enough with it to sayfor sure. Don't waste your money for reheated food you can buy at a grocery store for a fraction of the price. Gave 2 starssince there wasn't anything wrong or missing; it's just not very good.
