Normally we have no issues with delivery from this location. As I was getting text updates I was surprised with the speed of the... delivery, upon getting my order I now know why it was such a speedy process. My pizza was completely smashed to the point wherethe box is soggy from the toppings stuck to the top of the box. The delivery driver was clearly careless. Read more
Husband was putting the baby to bed and locked me outback by accident. I didn?t realize the pizza delivery guy pulled up until... after my husband texted me.. which I missed the text. However the delivery driver REVVED HIS TRUCK AND ZOOMED OUT OF MY DRIVEWAYALMOST HITTING MY CAR AND WAKING UP AND DISTURBING MY BABY. Unacceptable. I would understand if he was upset we didn?t tip onthe credit card receipt but we pre tipped on the phone when we ordered. So I?m not sure why he was so violent pulling out of mydriveway. Read more

I don't normally rate chains like this when the service is acceptable, but I have to rate this place. In our 5+ years of... consistently ordering from this location, the preparation of our food has ALWAYS been accurate and unbelievably quick. What arethe chances of that with any chain fast food restaurant? I've ordered from the Domino's up in northwest York a few times andevery time it was the slowest service, and something was slightly wrong with the order. So the fact that this location alwaysknocks it out of the park stands out to me. This Leader Heights location is run SO well, and I think consistent positiveexperiences need to be shared. I love this Domino's, 9 times out of 10 we get this really great person named Crystal and she does a great job EVERY SINGLE... TIME! I don't expect quality, but she makes a great pizza, everybody in our house cheers when we see it's her. Go Crystal! Iliterally am only writing this review to tell anyone about to order from here that not only is it a great Domino's, but if youget her your pizza will be top notch! Thanks Crystal! NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION ! I ordered pizza & when I took a bite there was 3 LONG pieces of hair under the cheese in the... sauce & ended up not even eating any of them after that bite. When i called for a refund not only was the manager verydisrespectful & had the biggest attitude but she refused to give me a refund & offered me $3 off my next order. Never again willi order from this location very disrespectful, disgusting, & unprofessional. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ! Read more
