PRICES SKYROCKETED!Stopped in for a large 3 topping pizza, which used to cost $8.43 with tax, last year. It's now over $14 PLUS... tax! That's a $6 increase!! (75%!!) Corporations like Domino's are taking this COVID reasoning TOO FAR. I told them no thankyou and walked out. I will not support a company gouging the public. Read more
I'm a homeless guy who lives up the street from this particular Dominos, and I'm telling you, the people who work here care... about their customers and the way they do their job. I get a perfect pizza every time and the people that work here remember meand my regular order even if I haven't been in for awhile. The pizza is on point and the service is exceptional. It?s a busy store, so you?ll wait a-lot if you order from the store. If you want to make it on time,order early from the app .... And another issue is the door that they have it?s not suitable for customers or whoever holds pizzas orders, they should make itautomatically open and close . That would work better. Read more
Sunday night I call and order wings after fighting over a baby that the guy was holding he proceeds to give me the price of my... wings and hangs up. I have to call back to give my debit card info . I patiently wait and my wings did arrive in a timely mannerbut no one cared to run my debit card. After having to call for a third time and arguing that I gave them my debit information I finally get my wings. Monday night I call and make another order after waiting a hour I call and ask where my food is ...thefellow that answer the phone tells me he is the store manager. He proceeds to tell me thatmy food was returned back to Domino'sbecause no one answered my cell phone or with specific instructions to call the North Tower upon arrival of my food. I ask forthe store manager and he proceeds to tell he was. He finally tells me someone named Jewel Parks was the store manager. Read more
"Manager" here will hang up on you. After they fail to update their own app on what's available. They would already rather... cancel your full order rather than have to explain to their bosses why they had to "free out" an item to fix an order. Yeahgood luck with that strategy. You now have a full order you didn't sell sitting there with no revenue for it. I don't care whatkind of system you have here it's not good for anyone when you'd rather cancel full orders rather than fix an ordering errorcaused by your lack of app updates that relate to this store only. I wouldn?t even rate this one star. I ordered my food at 10:20pm and google states they don?t close until 12am. My order was... canceled apparently because no one answered the door or their phone, which is completely false. I?ve been watching the trackerAND I have a front door camera. I called and they said their driver was new and came to the wrong address and that they werealready closed. I was then hung up on rudely when i said that this didn?t make sense on why I still couldn?t get my order when Ionly live not even two minutes away. Read more
