food was undercooked, no marinara sauce when i paid extra, site says closes at 12:30, closes at 12 but apparently that was my... problem because the manager called me at 12:06 saying i have to be there by 12:10 or they?re cancelling the order, i told herthat the site says close at 12:30 and she told ME to call corporate and complain? i had ordered 6 bbq wings and 6 habanero andended up getting 12 bbq. the management is an absolute joke, the whole time i was on the phone with her all i got was attitudeas if i did something wrong. very unprofessional and will never be getting my business again Read more

the manger is absolutely digusting and rude. we ordered our order at 11:50, and then on our way there we got a call from the... rude manger saying that they close at 12am and we had to be there by 12:10 and at that point it was 12:06 and they wanted us tobe there in 4 minutes when we were 10 minutes. the website clearly says they close at 12:30am, we told them that and the managertold us to call corporate and complain. the manager was SO UNPROFESSIONAL. how were we supposed to know that you close at 12amand your website says 12:30am, the manager had no RIGHT to be rude when we just simply didnt know. then we got home and we gotno marinara sauce that we asked for that cost extra, we ordered mango habanero wings and barbecue wings and they only gave usbarbecue wings. our garlic knots were uncooked. the manager needs to work on actually doing her job. disgusting and rude, i donot recommend this dominos. I have ordered from this location 10+ times and always tip 20% or more as a full disclosure. Business as usual, I ordered using... my profile on Friday night. I get a text that the driver was in my neighborhood. I?m on the road constantly so I call my girlsand make them aware the pizza will be there at any moment. After 10-15 minutes I receive a call from a stranger making me awarethat my order must have been dropped at the wrong location. She was able to reach me because my information is on the receipt.She also states the obvious that it is clearly the wrong address. I call dominos to make them aware. The first female neverapologizes but quickly tells me that because no apartment was listed nothing can be done. First off, this is a townhome so noapartment number exist. Second of all the address is clearly wrong and not delivered to what is on my profile. Again I haveordered form here 10+ times and no issue. This is where I get frustrated and take the time to write this long review. She makesme describe my car in my driveway, the color of my door, plants outside?etc. she states she will call the driver and figure outwhat happened. 15 minutes later I get a call from the ?manager?. Who claims the driver delivered to the right address becausethe details I provided matched? Scumbags lied because of a mistake they made. Instead of just holding themselves accountablethey make up this story. So I?m petty and google earth address they dropped it off at. They don?t even have a driveway, or anyof the details match obviously. I?m out of town so now I have to choose somewhere else to order food for my family and I?m out$40. It?s not about money strictly principal. Ordered delivery for a pool party at a local pool. We were following the online tracker to know when to go to the front gate to... meet the delivery driver. The online tracker kept showing us for over 20 minutes that the order was being quality checked byAbigail. Then suddently it was marked as completed and we hadnt receuved anything. We ended up having to do a second order andgoing to pick it up instead of having it delivered. We were greeted by confusion at the cashier because there were supposed tobe 4 pizzas but there were only 2. We assume it was The manager then came up to us (she never identified herself), and said shewas not going to remake the order until now because it was a double order. Upon opening the box, the pizza appeared undercooked even though it was ?checked? by a staff member. Cheese was barely melted in... some places & flat out doughy in others, deeming it inedible. Tried to ?Report the Problem? via the Delivery Insurance link butan error kept coming up. Sent feedback to the branch & they made no attempt to correct the problem. Regret the generous tipadded at the time of the transaction. Won?t be ordering from this branch again & neither should you. Read more

I placed my order and asked politely if they would check my items before they were delivered due to history of being burned. I... get my items delivered and I open the boxes up... BURNED!!! I call them back and the General manager stated to me... he observedmy order per my request and it was not burnt. I give up on this location... I have no issues at other locations. You can makeyour own judgment by the pictures. However I wouldn't let these items leave my store I would be to embarrassed. Rant over.. Read more
