I use the app but don't like the new app. Also, the new rewards program is ok but 200 points used to earn one free coffee. Now... it takes 500 points for a free coffee. Wow, a 250% increase. Read more

Their prices are higher, and inconsistent. Depends who rings you up. They charge extra for normal things other Dunkin's don't... charge for (and I've been to 50+ other restaurants). When using a free beverage coupon, it'll still cost you $$ because of alltheir extra charges for things like cream and flavoring. I now avoid this location. Read more
Staff is super friendly, but they are always out of things. For example went at 8 30 in the morning , and they where allready... out of certain doughnuts, how does that happen ? I have more examples this is just most recent. Great staff though. Read more
Drinks were made perfectly I was impressed compared to other Dunkin' locations. Employees were super nice and despite being... slammed with customers the worker ran to help me open the door because my hands were full of drinks. Despite being a smallerlocation the place was clean and well designed. Read more

I have been stopping in here frequently. I am traveling through the area and this has to be the cleanest DD I have visited in... quite a while. Sometimes I work a bit while I sip my coffee and the staff is friendly and upbeat. They are all very positive andseem to be happy to be doing their jobs. They are constantly cleaning everything from the restrooms to the floors, tables andcounter space. The coffee is always great! Thank you! Read more
