Our experience today was far from perfect. I was sick all day after eating there. My friend was too. I literally just threw up... -- a lot (sorry for being so graphic). I have not eaten anything all day except their food. I don't think I've thrown up in 20+years. We eat at IHOP's quite often where we live. This one DEFINITELY needs some reviewing by IHOP corporate! Not sure what'shappening in their kitchen or with our unpleasant waitress but wow! You all are much better than that! Visited on 5 Aug, 2022, located at 108 Pauline Drive in York, Pa. Was seated quickly. Noticed right away that my table was not... clean. Table service was slow. Didn't order drinks for 8 minutes. Only see the hostess, and 1 server in the whole place. Eggswere over cooked. I ordered over-medium. Didn't see manager anywhere during my visit. positives: it was around 7am and we ordered few items for breakfast. they were delicious. restaurant staff was quite... courteous. not so positives: they were out of milkshakes. food utensils were not clean and had to ask for disposablecutlery. plenty of free car parking spaces. Read more
Five of us went to IHOP on a Friday night and it was truly the worst experience in a restaurant I have ever had. The staff did... not care about anything. Our waitress asked about drinks right away and brought them out in a timely manor but after that itonly went downhill. Twenty five minutes after we ordered, two of our meals came out with a side salad. Neither came withdressing and we asked for some and our waitress left for about ten minutes and came back and said she didn't have the two thatwere requested. We then asked if they had any and she said no. Another twenty five minutes later the rest of the food came outwith a few side items missing. These three meals were basically inedible. Personally I got a buffalo chicken melt with fries,the bread was so crunchy I could only eat the middle and one half of my sandwich had almost no chicken. My fries were so burntthat I couldn't even eat them. The other two meals that came out fifty minutes after we ordered were also messed up and we nevereven got everything we ordered. It was truly a terrible experience, our waitress apologized to us a few times but she alsodidn't asked about refills even once and never checked in with us or asked if we needed anything. It was very clear the staffdid not care about our experience. I've been there before and I remember it wasn't great but nothing to complain about. We planto get a full refund and will never go back to this location. Until the staff changes I recommend not going there on a Fridaynight. Read more
Came I tonight we are a family of 5. We are 1 of 3 families in here tonight. It took 20 min to get a drink order. When our food... came the fries were burnt, my sons sausage was burnt and cold. My ham and cheese omelette tasted like feet and the eggs wereover cooked (hard) and the salsa was a dark red color and tasted like it was out of date. The pancakes were also hard and burnt.Our waiter kept forgetting things and wasn?t very attentive to needs. The other waitress on duty was more help than our waiter. Read more
The worst omelets ever. I asked for a spicy poblano and they gave me just a bunch of eggs without nothing inside and just some... steak on the top and a whole raw pepper. It was not even spicy. The manager didn't do nothing. Read more
Came in for a quick breakfast with my girlfriend. We were seated quickly and our drink orders were taken quickly. We needed a... few minutes to make our decisions. After we did it took over 40 minutes to get french toast and crepes. The food was good, butthat long of a wait for basic breakfast was ridiculous. I asked for the manager and she apologized and took care of the bill forus. The food was great, the manager was amazing (wish I would have got her name). The server wasn't BAD, just needs someattention. Read more
