Originally I'd tried placing an order using the web site but was unable to make all of the changes I had wanted to try, so I... called in from the parking lot. The gent taking my order was kind and patient while I built my sandwich from the ground up,read it back for accuracy which I greatly appreciated because of the complexity, and offered a side which I thought was polite. I declined and opted for an upgraded side rather than the already fantastic chips. (No drink today.) I was pleased to find heoffered a payment over the phone instead of coming in which I jumped at the opportunity. The only hitch in the system was that,while I preferred to use the curbside pickup rather than go in, I was politely asked to use the web to place the order next timesince it must go through a different way. He offered to bring my meal out "this time", and I thanked him several times for it. I wish I could have made the online service work and I'd have been in compliance but appreciated the gesture. My food was madeto order and brought out before I could finish writing the review here, and was ten minutes sooner than the earliest availablepickup time when viewed on the web. Great job! Read more

Wouldn't bring my food out to the curbside parking spot because I had to pay cash. Let me sit outside for over 10mins and they... were not busy. Never had an issue with this location before and always tipped your employees over 30% on take outs and theyalways been more than happy to bring out to car. Whats the point of curbside? The people are usually very nice and fast buttoday you lost a customer of over 10 years. They would not give me my food unless I came in and wore a mask. Read more

Good food and great people. Friendly service, the waitresses and waiters don't get tipped like they should and they are working... 6 to 8 hours just to get 40 dollars in tips which isn't okay by any standards so if you're a customer tip. Update, the managerdoesn't take care of her staff anymore, and she made it a such a toxic environment that my favorite servers don't work thereanymore, and even if they shut down due to covid the workers aren't given compensation. My husband and I ate here for lunch recently. It was 11am and just open. It was very clean and fast. I had the salty eagle with... broccoli salad and my husband had the mallard. Love the pretzel rolls! Love the complimentary pickles. They are so good! Wehaven't been here for a long while but it was good as ever! Read more

Don?t go here often cause it can be a bit pricy compared to other options but with that said you get what you pay for. I think... of it as a rare treat and a more healthy option than the typical fast food places around. Every time I came here service wasgreat and zero issues with the food!
