Listen, I love Jimmy Johns as much as the next guy. Honestly probably more. Which is most likely why I?m upset enough to write... my first review of all time. This review does not reflect the quality of the food, the service, or the employees. This review isto trash whoever is in charge of showing online if the store is open or closed. The JJ?s in Loucks has been closed for awhile.But it has also shown that it?s closed online. It finally has shown it?s open, so I took my fiancé there as a delightful treat.Lo and behold the store was still closed. Needless to say I was devastated and angry. Now we have to find another sub shoparound with service so fast I?ll freak. Thanks a lot. Read more
I've tried to order delivery 3 times now within the last 2 months and all 3 times have been told either they don't have a driver... or they stopped delivering at 2. 2 p.m. On a Saturday. The website doesn't mention this at all when I place an order fordelivery. I used to love getting lunch while I'm at work fron here but I'm not gonna waste any more time making my order just toget a call 10 minutes later telling me they stopped delivering at 2. On a Saturday... Would give one star but the sandwiches arereally good but that's about it. Read more
What happened to Jimmy Johns? Havent been for some time, stopped in today for a sandwich to go. The staff was rude. The price... has really gone up! Ordered the italian night club. Ran my errands, sat down to eat and when i unwrapped my sandwich it was aturkey and cheese! Had to trash it, i dont like cold turkey. Was all set for that grest vinegar and oil, so dissapointing!! Don?t waste your time. Awful customer service. My wife & I recently moved to York for graduate school. We went to Frank?s... theater to watch a movie. We decided to stop at Jimmy Johns for a late dinner. After ordering our sandwiches, we decided to eatoutside on their tables. At 9:50pm, we were told we cannot eat on their tables because they need to ?pack up?. The store doesn?tclose until 10:00pm & we were sitting outside. I will never go back. Read more
Great customer service very friendly staff all around and amazing sandwiches!!!
1st time eating at this location and I will not be going back. Ordered a #3 and a #17 and both breads where hard a brick not... just the ends the entire bread. I only went to Jimmy John's because of the freshness of the bread but now I'm eating my tuna outof the bread instead of with the bread I could've just went to subway for this and it would've been cheaper.
