I was told to pull forward to wait 3 minutes for my fish order. After 12 minutes I walked in and watched them put the fish in... the cooker in front of me hoping I would not see it. They still do not allow you to get your own drinks and tgus no refills when eating inside. They also have no trays for when... eating inside so you have to use napkins, etc to try to make a placement and keep your food from touching the table. We werethere on a Saturday evening with our toddler grandchildren and they were playing HEAVY metal over the speakers. I asked whosemusic choice it was and the worker said they're just playing the radio so she had no idea. The radio wasn't appropriate thatnight. We won't go to this store again. Read more
If this could be zero, it would be. They lock the doors and don't have a sign up. Their big sign says long John silver's is back... but they never serve it. They are notorious slow and rude to customers (even the patient ones). Don't go here. Needs newmanagement. Read more

Rude rude rude and cold greasy food. Dried out fries, cold biscuit no butter or jelly, no Pepsi but they insisted I order a... drink I didn?t want but would not deduct not getting a drink from the bill. Smart a.. girl taking orders belongs in anotherprofession. Read more
I was really disappointed with my experience and will never return other than to get refund for the food I never received. I... waited around for about 40 minutes for my food, did not get the 2 sides I ordered, they were playing loud inappropriate music,treated me like they didnt want to be bothered and to top it off: I called in to explain what happened and their phone is offthe hook or something so you cant speak to anyone. Very bad experience. Will not be returning there. I would hope someone wouldfollow up with me because it this point I paid for food I never got and thats the same as stealing! Absolutely disgusting. I only got fries and hush puppies, and I actually had to throw it away, it was that bad. Old, cold fries... and the hush puppies were rocks, I'm not kidding, there was nothing but crumbly brittle dust on the inside. When I went it wasvery busy, so you'd think they were making a lot of food? It should also be noted that their speaker was broken so you had toorder at the window, they only acceptes exact change or card, and the line was over 30mins long. There was a line when we got there. When we finally got our food and it was very hot. But they didn't have a lot of condiments... (no salt pepper or malt vinegar and they limit ketchup). Read more
