I'm really disappointed with this place. I used to come here alot. Came back on a Wednesday evening. Not busy at all. The... cleanliness of the dishes and silverware were questionable. Soy sauce dipping bowl was sticky and fork and spoons were dirty.All the food came in a timely manner. My salad had a cigarette after taste. I have no idea why or how. My daughter's chickenfried rice was off. She said it tasted like wet dog. I tried it as well and it was not right. I couldn't even finish the dinner. Read more
Menu has a lot to choose from. Apps, sushi, rolls, dinners, and Yaki style noodles. They put a lot of pride in their food.
I?ve been meaning to write a review here for months because I?m pretty sure I?ve ordered from here about 20 times or more in the... past year. They are so good, the first time I came was pre-covid and we sat down and ordered sushi for two. This was perfect,our service was fast and I remember it was delicious. Since covid, we?ve been ordering takeout (especially the maki lunchspecials because they?re so affordable for the quality!) and we haven?t had a bad experience in the many many times we havegotten food from here. Masa is the best sushi restaurant in York, hands down. It is my absolute favorite, especially because theservers are so nice! And their Covid precautions are great, basically no-contact takeout.
