I don't like going to McDonald's, because everytime that my wife and I go to McDonald's they always get my wife order wrong. And... the last time that my wife and I went, I went to the counter 3 times to get the order right. And the 3rd time I went up there,the lady told me that they will bring it to me. And never did, until my wife went up to get it. I don't know how McDonald's canstay in business and get people order wrong, and still have a job. Someone please explain that to me? Read more
It's McDonald's, it's what you expect. I don't eat fast food very often but found myself starving. Got a Qtr Pndr Deluxe. It was... well made & delicious. It was also 11am & probably the first burger assembled that morning. The cashier was nice, just startingher job. Good luck to you! Read more
Crew was extremely pleasant and was not at all corners by my special requests. Which was very refreshing! It's hard to find good... fat foods service these days. Q was especially helpful and great at his job! The kitchen worked brought out my food andsuggested I becareful because my fries were just made and very hot. Last time I was there, I ordered a large sweet tea and while still in the drive thru, tasted my drink and it was unsweet, so I... told the girl at the window,it wasn't sweet tea and she handed me another one and when I drove off and tasted it,it was unsweettoo. Stopped at Rutters to get sugar packets to make it sweet and when I got home, I added more sugar bcz it still wasn't sweetenough.???????????? Read more
I would recommend staying AWAY from McDonald's. My wife and I know some inside Intel about McDonald's that would sicken anyone.... Whether you choose to believe this or not is purely up to you, however, we know that McDonald's serves HUMAN MEAT in theirburgers and passes them off as beef patties. Be careful in choosing McDonald's in general. The choice is yours. I for one willnever again eat at any McDonald's location. Read more
After paying on the mobile app was told it was not paid for. Paid for it with my card at the window, then seen it charged twice.... So asked for one receipt to be refunded because I was not paying twice for 2 slushees. Manager or most likely low levelsupervisor ?Amber? told me she needed to see my bank account. After showing her, which was something I should never have to do,she told me she could not see it because she was standing 5 yards away from the window. After the other employees told her tostep forward because I?m holding a phone out the window she walked away saying she can?t deal with this. Instead of actingprofessionally and correcting it, she had another employee walk cash out to me. What if I wanted this refunded on my card? Amberacted the exact opposite of what I would think a manager would act after I just spent money at their business, but I guess Amberdoesn?t understand that happy customers return, and without returning customers profits fail, which means no jobs? especiallyfor a rude manager. I ordered 2 happy meals for my kids. We get home open the box for the mcnuggets for my son, no chicken nuggets, only tartar... sauce. My son was so happy to get Micky D's.... Read more
