Fairly clean. Like 8/10. Couple of areas needed attention they eventually got. Bathroom was good. Staff were pleasant and food... came fast. Music is a bit louder than I care for since the speakers are right over each seating area. The ChargePoint chargersfor EVs is a nice touch too. Read more
Food is warm at best. Very slow at getting your order. It took 20 minutes for my order. LOL!!! The manager had the nerve to tell... me that the reason it took so long was there was a problem with one of the machines and they just got it fixed. Everyone elsewas getting their food. I'm pretty sure I wasn't the only one getting a burger. Than insults me by offering me a coupon for afree meal. I left the coupon on the counter. Read more
There was a long line for the drive through, so we went inside to save time. We were only there for coffee. It took only a few... minutes for a very friendly shift supervisor to complete the order. Went to order by drive thru lady told me she couldn?t hear me so I spoke louder then she gave me an attitude and told me I was... screaming. I have never had such an awful display of hatred against me. This lady needs some therapy she?s mean horrible and hasno manners of course the manager wanted to give me a free meal like if that even stops her from being such a horrible person. Iam never going to that McDonald?s ever again! So sad how people are so mean.Hope someone puts their foot down and actually doessomething about this. Read more
Both drive thru lanes were open but I kept getting ignored. The lady asked me twice what I wanted and I responded. But the... second another car pulled up to the other lane she took their order!!! Usually my experience is pretty good here, but there was this time recently which made me never want to go back. My father in... law had ordered a bundle box (comes with 2 big Macs, 2 double cheese burgers and 2 fries I believe). The first time we hadgotten home and to our surprise neither big Mac had any meat, sauce or lettuce on the top bun, so we called customer service andwent back to the restaurant. They were obviously a little upset but remade the order. Our mistake was not checking the orderbefore we left bc of course the second time we had gotten half way home and AGAIN nothing on the top bun. I was shocked andappalled.. WHAT MANAGER LETS THAT HAPPEN??? Then when we went back the employees and the manager continued to call us liars andsaid we will only make you new big Macs and then you can leave and never come back here... like seriously? What manager in theirright mind would ever say that to a customer?!?! It was the worst display of customer service I had ever seen. I was upset atfirst but my anger quickly turned to amusement when I realized there must be some pretty unhappy people working there to assumethat everyone is trying to get a free meal. To blindly assume that everyone out there that goes to McDonald's is trying to getover on them. But needless to say I will never go back there and I would recommend that if you want good food and good service,please visit the Queen St McDonald's. They are privately owned and the manager is a doll. She is sweet and witty and theyprovide excellent service- the way it should be. Read more
Got this Filet-O-Fish sandwich today. Whoever was using the tartar sauce gun had *really* bad aim. What bothers me worse is... that they thought this was acceptable and sold it to me......not the first time I've experienced quality issues at this localstore. There is another local McDonalds here in York PA between Stony Brook and Hellam on Market St that beats this storesquality hands down. Maybe the tartar sauce person should go there and train. Food is cold 20 mins in line every time even with only 3 cars. Worst mcdonalds ive ever been too. I have now started to drive to... the one 10 mins out of the way. I can Literally drive there order food drive back to my house faster then waiting in this linewith only 3 cars in it. I dont know what needs to happen, more staff, better staff. But this is far from the speedy service thefounder prides them selfs on. Read more
