This company was caught having HUMAN MEAT in one of their meat processing plants here in the States. I would NOT RECOMMEND... eating anything from there as you will probably be consuming human meat. Great location, fries are almost always piping hot and you can tell they keep the fryer clean as the fries are consistent &... great everytime. We drive from Columbia to this location outside Hellam instead of going to the LOUSY McDonalds in Columbia. Read more
Awful service. There were only two or three tables occupied and only a few people in the drive-thru. Despite this I waited... almost 20 minutes for my meal, which included fries that were cold and stale. While I was eating the manager sat at the samehigh table I was eating at and was working on her mobile device. She didn't say a word or even look up at me. Why did she sitthere when almost every table was empty? Also it was after 4:00 and there were a few drops of maple syrup on the table. Read more

$3.99 for a medium fry that obviously had been sitting around for awhile. First mistake was not canceling the fries after... seeing the price. 2nd mistake was going here after I know they haven't been great. Read more
About 60% of the time I'm at this East York location, they either mess the order up or it takes an extremely long time to get my... food. With no one else in the drive thru, it shouldn't take 10 minutes to make my 2 burgers and large fry. Incorrectly, might Iadd. Bacon mcdoubles, ordered only ketchup and mayonnaise. They added onions, big mac sauce (for some reason) and put no baconon it. Really disappointing to see every decent location going to garbage, 5 years ago these guys were the best in the area.Manager is super nice, second shift obviously needs some sort of supervision. Was about 10:30pm when we stopped in for some food on our way home after our flight from Miami to Baltimore for in around... 9pm. To a while for anyone at the drive through to acknowledge we were there. After ordering we pulled around, no one was atthe first window so I pulled ahead to the second. When the lady FINALLY came to give me my soda, she told the kid working that Ididn't pay at the first window. When we paid he turned around and walked away... walking right past our bag. A minute or 2 laterthe other lady returned and handed us the bag, which had already had ALL of our food, and said "here's you for awhile"... I'msorry I'm not waiting for anything else. The people working here didn't say thank you. They were rude, and had there been anyother place to eat, I would have walked there instead of driving here. Terrible service and they expect $15 an hour??? Get somecustomer service skills and learn to get orders right first! Read more
My food was prepared as ordered, served at the appropriate temperature and tasted great. The associates I interacted with were... pleasant and professional. This dining room provided a pleasant environment and was clean and organized. Read more
