First time at an Olive Garden with my wife who is Italian. Pasta was great and salad was good. I could not give 5 stars... because the bread sticks were horrible. They tasted like day old hotdog buns. Otherwise good dinner would recommend. Read more
Prices are up 30%. However, if you like Chicken Parmesan, you could split it with your spouse. It's enough for 2 people! Ask... your server how big the portions are on the other entrees. The unlimited soup and salad is still only $9.99. I sampled all foursoups, and they were delicious. I asked for extra olives and tomatoes on my salad at no extra charge. Absolutely awful!! They were not busy, 7:30 pm on a Tuesday with about 6 cars in parking lot …tables not cleaned, floor around... the table we were sat at was disgusting.. Food all over the floor ..at least 3 tables not cleaned… took Waitress 15 minutes toeven acknowledge us.. I ordered shrimp scampi and my shrimp still had the shell on some of it, my lettuce in my salad was bad,the shrimp in my meal was overcooked.. the food was disgusting … there were probably 8 wait staff most of whom was juststanding around.. it will be a very very long time before I try it again.. yes I know people have bad days but the entirerestaurant? Even the restrooms were nasty… they seriously need a surprise visit or 2 … the manager on duty was obviouslyfailing at their job… I have never had this experience before… so so bad!! Read more
2 dinners with drinks and appetizers, we left full with leftovers. Prices were as you would expect for eating out in York... Pa. Drinks were Peach Bellini and Italian Margaritas. Drinks were refreshing and relaxing not watered down. Appetizers werebread sticks and shrimp fritters misto. The shrimp were of average size not to small or big but did what they needed to do. Thechicken Marsala had a unique flavor and the portions was enough to send us home full. From the time we entered on a Saturdayaround 4pm we were greeted promptly and seated with in minutes, the waiter was also prompt and friendly, the food was out on thetable as the music played in the background and we did not have to flag down the waiter for anything as he came back to see toour needs. Everything was Fantastic but the Service was Horrible, Our Server Never Brought Our Salad and Bread sticks Out and Only Came to... Our Table 3 Times to Ask for Our Order, Bring Our Drinks, Then Deliver Our Food but another Waitress Jill Took Care of Us in theBar Area and She New Her Job and was Very Helpful and Pleasant. Very accommodating for our family of 8! Incredibly friendly waitstaff who were all great with the kids! Prompt service and our... waitress checked on us regularly! Food was all excellent, served hot and timely. When we want OG, this is the location weusually go to and we are never disappointed! Anyone with a large family knows what it's like to go to a restaurant and feellike an unwanted burden rather than a welcomed guest. We've always felt welcome here! Read more
My daughter and I stopped for an unplanned dinner. We knew there would be a wait but decided to stick it out. Wait was only... supposed to be 15-20 minutes. Everyone that we encountered was friendly. Only bad things were the chicken parmigiana was burntand the host forgot about us and seated 3 other parties before us who checked in after us. (We were seated inside in the waitingarea and saw them check in after us.) Once we were finally seated our server was excellent. She checked on us often and madesure to keep our drinks refilled. The food came out faster than expected since it was kind of busy. I ordered the Tour of Italyto try more than one thing (I'm not a huge fan of pasta but my daughter is, so she chose the restaurant.) She had the cheeseravioli. She loved her meal and mine was good except for the chicken parmigiana. That was a little hard and burnt. Read more
