When you sacrifice quality to stretch your profit margins, you have a much larger problem than poor customer service, employee... retention, etc. there's a culture of money first. This is the first Panera location that I have ordered from where they skimpon things as insignificant as dressing. You can / MUST do better. If not, corporate needs to find someone who will. Was pretty laid back, not too busy or loud. Just enough ambient background noise to not be distracting during an interview. The... cashier didn't seem to want to stop stocking the bakery to take my order though. It did seem like I was disturbing her. Read more

I have never had a bad experience at Panera. They always have healthy delicious food. The bakery section is such a bonus. I had... the creamy chicken and rice soup with a side of chips. My first time ordering this and I loved the soup. Location is easy to getto. It is busy due to having Walmart being in the same area Staff was okay. If she would?ve smiled maybe it wouldn?t have beenso painful to order from her. I?m sure it was just a hectic day for them. Dining area is nice and clean. Nice and specious place, with a lot of tables inside and some seats outside. We came on Thursday afternoon to get a warm snack.... There were no customers inside, no queue. The service was fast and polite. We ordered a broccoli soup, paid 7.8 usd with a smalltip. The food came fast, there was a slice of baguette to it, everything was fresh and tasty. I especially appreciated that theplate and spoon were proper, not one-time plastic. Overall, I liked the place and can totally recommend it. Read more
Food is great we always eat Panera when we can. Servuce was fast and friendly. I gave a 3 star rating because there was some... minor details that should be taken care of cosmetically. There are several tiles that have water leak stains on them, and someare just totally discolored. Some of the vents when you look up are off colored and some have dust and some have black marks onthem that extent onto the tiles on the ceiling. I'm still mystified how this place exists. It's the same thing as to how or why Chipotle still exists. Or how Olive garden not... only calls itself a restaurant which it isn't and then has the audacity to call itself Italian which it's not even close to.Americans will eat virtually anything if you can sell it to him correctly.
