Wow! Was in town for work and wanted a meal before I hit the road. This was the best meal I?ve had in a LONG LONG time. The... grilled combination bun bowl was refreshing, savory and full of fresh ingredients. Very flavorful- loved all the fresh herbs,freshly fried onion and the sauce was sweet and balanced the savoriness of the dish. The fat on the meat was perfectly rendered.Yum. In town visiting, cold weather gave us an urge for a nice bowl of Pho. How lucky were we to find Pho Bistro! Both our Pho and... coffee were top notch authentic and very tasty. The dining room is very cozy, and was perfect for a midday catchup and meal. Thestaff was friendly, and everything was made timely.
