Wow! Was in town for work and wanted a meal before I hit the road. This was the best meal I?ve had in a LONG LONG time. The... grilled combination bun bowl was refreshing, savory and full of fresh ingredients. Very flavorful- loved all the fresh herbs,freshly fried onion and the sauce was sweet and balanced the savoriness of the dish. The fat on the meat was perfectly rendered.Yum. In town visiting, cold weather gave us an urge for a nice bowl of Pho. How lucky were we to find Pho Bistro! Both our Pho and... coffee were top notch authentic and very tasty. The dining room is very cozy, and was perfect for a midday catchup and meal. Thestaff was friendly, and everything was made timely. I?ve been here a couple of times and it?s always so good! My mom and dad were being annoying in the store so I apologize to the... worker who had to talk to them :?( I appreciate you so much :)! I got the tofu curry with steamed rice and I died because it wasso delicious and it was a very decent amount of food! My mom got the glass noodle and rice noodle with pork and it tasted sogood! I stole her leftovers and had them as a midnight snack. My dad got curry beef and it was really sweet but in a good way! Iloved it! And it was all really inexpensive which is great! Everything about Pho Bistro is amazing. My family lost everything in the blink of an eye. So we ended up down the block at Bell... Family Shelter. The prices are so cheap and the food is beyond amazing. Their best quality though is the staff. One young ladyactually took the time to teach my daughter how to use chopsticks and to speak Vietnamese for us(she was curious what theirlanguage sounded like). Even if it was only for a few min it took away the pain of her losing everything she had in life. Soagain the food is amazing but the staff has truly been a blessing for my family. Thankyou!!! UPDATE- The owners are true heros.I was honesty expecting them to say maybe 10% or 20% off my order but nope. Everything and I kept trying to pay something butthey wouldn't let me. I had truly stopped believing there were good people left in this world. My faith in humanity has beenrestored. Only problem now is that I think I have a serious addiction to Thai tea!!
